PYK CONSULTANT was established in September 2010. The company was setup by our principal Ir. Pang Yoon Khong who is a registered professional engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a corporate member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM). Ir. Pang Yoon Khong is also a registered member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (ACEM). The company registration number with the Board of Engineers Malaysia under the Engineering Consultancy Practice is SP-909.

In 2020, we welcomed a new consultant company to join in our profile, Jurutera Perunding LTC Sdn Bhd with our director Ir. Simon Yeong Chin Chow.

PYK and LTC both provides the following services:

Technical services from feasibility study, conceptual design and detailed engineering design for civil and structural engineering works. PYK and LTC also provide detailed building or architectural design for factories, workshops and items in Appendix B and C (BAM & BEM).

PYK and LTC provides project management services for civil and structural engineering works. Project management services are for all stages of works from feasibility study planning, conceptual and detailed design to construction management up to completion of all planning projects. PYK and LTC also provide project management for housing development from early stage of planning to completion of a housing project in Malaysia.
